Ingredients:1 portion½ teaspoon shredded ginger
¼ teaspoon vegetable oil
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dark Soya sauce
2 teaspoons light Soya sauce
120-gram fresh Chinese wheat noodles
½ teaspoon peanut oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1.4 teaspoon Sichuan pepper oil
1 teaspoon Sichuan chili oil
¼ tablespoon Chinese black vinegar
40grams ground cooked beef or pork
10 grams chopped green onion
Marinate the ginger with vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon of sugar for 1 hour.
Cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes. Add 1-teaspoon vegetable oil and 1 teaspoon sesame oil; toss to prevent the noodles sticking.
Pour boiling water over the bean sprouts. Rinse.
Mix the oils, chili, Soya sauces, vinegar, sugar, ground beef and chopped green onions.
Add the hot noodles and mix.
